Richard Heineman is the founder and President of Innovative Marketing Solutions Richard Heineman is the founder and President of Innovative Marketing Solutions based in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area. He provides a wide range of marketing and website development services to businesses and individuals with a desire to make the internet a critical part of their business.
He is a marketing, advertising, and sales professional with twenty-one years of graphic design experience and ten years of experience in marketing, advertising, copywriting and sales with small to medium sized businesses. Skilled at developing viable solutions and win-win scenarios for clientele, he is also a talented direct response copywriter.
Richard started his graphic design career at the age of 14, programming graphic images pixel by pixel. As a result, he developed the skill of computer programming.
After high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force where he continued to enhance his computer programming skills. He was assigned to a transportation unit as a fleet analyst and registered equipment manager. He was awarded the Air Force Accommodation Medal for writing proprietary software that automated several fleet reporting procedures and for correcting over $20 million dollars in reporting discrepancies. He is also a veteran of the first Gulf War and a participant in Operation Desert Storm. He spent most of his military career in England, just south of London in the small town of Upper Heyford and a short stay in Alamogordo, New Mexico for his final assignment before receiving an honorable discharge.
In 1996, he started a specialty printing firm, Foil Pro, which transferred reflective foil onto paper for custom certificates and business stationary via a digital process that eliminated the use of a stamping die. The innovative process allowed customers to purchase high quality printed products at lower than industry prices. His work has been beautifully framed and displayed at the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce in Cleveland, Tennessee.
In 2005, he became the New Media Consultant for the Chattanooga Times Free Press. In this new role, he handled the sales and marketing initiatives for the newspapers website, www.timesfreepress.com. He sold internet advertising opportunities to select accounts and implemented the direct marketing functions as related to the sale of New Media products. He also participated in the development and implementation of new products that created alternative revenue streams.
His greatest strength is his creativity and the ability to assess a client’s needs quickly and develop a strategic and tactical marketing solution designed to increase their bottom line revenue and overall market exposure.
